Hi! Welcome!
How old are your children?
I have dd#1 age 6yo, dd#2 age 3yo and bump#3 due in June. (dd stands for
darling daughter which is standard abreviation, ds being son, dp partner,
dh-husband etc)
I post on this, misc.kids.pregnancy and misc.kids.
They're both more international, with majority being USA, as you'd probably
expect, and tend to get more posts.

Hi & Welcome!

As well as MKP, I also read MKB (misc.kids.breastfeeding) although that one
has gone pretty quiet of late.  Still, if you have a BF problem, it's a
great source of info - lots of knowledgable people there.

I have 3 kids btw, DD1 (6 yrs), DS (4yrs) & DD2 (1 yr), and I too am a SAHM
(although I do work for about 4ish hours a week).

Regards,

Suzanne

Hi Heidi

Welcome to uk.people.parents!

I don't know of any specifically SAH parent newsgroup.  I also post
on misc.kids, and there is also misc.kids.moderated.  Like others have
said, there are a lot of US posters on those newsgroups. but it is good
to have a variety of viewpoints.  I think there is also an Australian
parents newsgroup, but I don't know what that one is like.

There is a great website for mums, not just stay at home ones, its based in
Ireland but also has mums from other places.
