From what Ilena writes, it appears that someone may be performing a physical
location and assets search to serve legal process for execution of a
judgement. We know that Ilena has not paid a judgement, and this type of
inquiry is quite logical. Finding her domestic assests, as she has stated
that she is out of the country, is the next appropriate step before
referring the unsatisfied judgement to the appropriate legal authority for
execution.
