Hi, my daughter is 3 mos and I'm breastfeeding, and I'm starting to recognize when certain foods upset her. Mainly due to a couple of times I've gorged on the offending items, which so far are peanuts and chocolate. I was wondering -- is there any length of time after which

| Oatmeal Myth | 29 Dec 2004 20:24 GMT | 23 |
Where are these actual creditable sources that say that oatmeal will increase milk supply? I brought it up at a LLL Meeting when a Mom was looking for tips and the room dropped silent instantly and stared at me like I had just farted. They believe this is completely a myth. Some, ...

When do you increase solids from 1x/day? We started DD on solids when she was over 6 months. We only give her about 1-2 tbsp 1x/day about 1 hour after breastfeeding. Just wondering when to increase the frequency of solids?
