Alli update-6 week reeval10 Jan 2005 21:29 GMT11
We had our 6 week reassessment (1 week gestational age). Except for feeding
(where she still has some sucking problems, due supposedly to "oral
coordination), she's meeting milestones and is on-target. She's actually
ahead of her gestational age when it comes to things like visual ...
milk donation?10 Jan 2005 03:22 GMT7
I have been very fortunate and produce way too much milk.  I have been
stockpiling, and have a freezer full, but still produce too much.  I'd
read about milk donation, and tried to contact the local La Leche, but
haven't heard back yet.  Anyone know anything about milk donation?

I would like to start my cycles again. It has been over 23 months since
I had a cycle and my two cycles I had before getting pregnant were
caused by progestrone.

Tip for BF moms trying to find foods baby may like.10 Jan 2005 00:28 GMT2
I've been hunting for something my 15mo will eat/drink other than BM or
water. I found the "strawberry flavored yoghurt smoothie" that Dannon
makes was something that he really liked but they're kindof spendy,
especially when some of it inevitably goes down the sink. I use the 8

supply increase during pregnancy09 Jan 2005 05:31 GMT11
has anyone had their supply *increase* in pregnancy? and if so did you
eventually have a drop or did it still hang around the whole way?
_adventures in tandem nursing_ by hilary flower mentions it, but doesn't go
into much detail about it.
ideas on organizing freezer stash08 Jan 2005 21:44 GMT5
Do you have any creative ideas on organizing freezer stash where
there's not enough space in the freezer?  Short of buying a new freezer
are there any creative ideas you have?
Thanks.
6 months old, too much solids?08 Jan 2005 20:04 GMT17
DS is 28 weeks old today, about 17 lbs, and admittedly, about 75th
height percentile & 25th weight percentile.  About a dozen times I gave
him tastes (usually tiny tastes, literally a few drops of apple juice
or similar) of non-milk foods from 21 weeks or so, but I tried really

How much of a drop in weight percentile is too much?08 Jan 2005 14:15 GMT45
Hello all.  I posted about a month to 6 weeks ago regarding DD and my
considering supplementing (the thread was "Ready to give up... please
help").  Everyone was incredibly helpful, offering suggestions for
increasing my supply.  I started eating oatmeal, took fenugreek, drank

Help! Hair Everywhere!07 Jan 2005 23:36 GMT12
Except on my head. Hello everyone. I know I shouldn't be concerned, but
this is getting scary. I'm 4 months post-partum and I'm losing a LOT of
hair since dd was about 3 1/2 mos. old. It's everywhere, all over baby,
all over bedding, dust bunnies the size of actual bunnies on the ...
lots of spit up07 Jan 2005 19:31 GMT6
Hi all, I am nursing my 3 wk old and he is spitting up a lot, despite
constant burping (on my shoulder and sitting in my lap w/ a hand against
his stomach).  He is spitting up/throwing up quite a bit and then he
starts crying/fussing like he is starving.  This has been going on ...
Questions about possible reflux06 Jan 2005 04:14 GMT2
We are having problems with a fussy baby, which I know is quite normal, but
it is beginning to affect our relationship, and I am getting mad with DD1
for no reason.  I have a 6 week check coming up, and want to go armed with a
few questions.  There seems to be no pattern to DD2's ...
