for 24 hours i have had a blocked duct.  the same spot i always get them.
grrr. the skin is red, but i dont think it is infected yet, i dont have a

i am have a BIG problem staying awake when i put my kids to sleep. this

If you normally ate spicy foods while pregnant, have you noted a need
to stop eating them whilst BF'ing?
People in countries where the cuisine is quite spicy don't change their
diets drastically once BF'ing. But - at least in some circles in the US

Sitting in bed tonight feeling like Buddah with boobs and belly, I
mentioned how my boobs were getting saggier now that they are growing

So we just got back from Sproglette's WBV. She's right in the middle for
height, but weight's a little behind. NBD.
