she wont touch solid food14 May 2005 22:34 GMT8
My 8.5 mo won't eat solids. She'll just tastes them and then crawls
away. If I put her in high chair, she'll make faces, arches her back
and screams. So Gerber food (and other jar foods) are out. I want to
give her what we eat but it has various grains, milk products, oil,
Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life: no one can come to the Father(God)(in Heaven), but by me." (John 14:6) This means that if you die without trusting in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour you will die in your sins and be forever separated from the love of God in a place called Hell. The Holy Bible descibes Hell as a place of eternal torment, suffering, pain and agony for all those who have rejected Jesus Christ. The good news is that you can be sure you are going to Heaven when this life is over if you allow Jesus Christ to save you today. Do not wait until later to be saved because you do not know exactly when you will die. [ Posted by: RonaldGrossi3808@yahoo.com at 2:59:01 pm ]14 May 2005 13:39 GMT2

Has anyone ever had this happen?  DD had been frequent BF'er up until
yesterday.  She BF'd for her noon nap and hadn't wanted any since.  She
signs "milk," but when I give her some, she turns her head and cries and
cries, like she wants BF but not really for some reason.  She is ...

question about nap sleep/sleep-training14 May 2005 03:50 GMT15
DD is 4 months.  she sleeps great at night, goes down around 8pm and
doesn't need another feeding until around 1-1:30, then 4-4:30, then
back to about every 2 hours, and up for the day around 8 or 9am.  the
"problem" is that she doesn't nap well unless she's at the breast.  and
Question - DD has lump in nipple.13 May 2005 23:35 GMT3
I'm a little worried.  I picked her up this evening with my hands around her
chest and noticed a lump under her left nipple.  It seems to be under all
the fat and skin.  This nipple is also visibly larger than the other nipple.
She had a lump under the skin on her arm when she ...
Are all newborns constantly at the breast?13 May 2005 20:06 GMT18
I have a new nursling named Ava.  She was born on the 5th.  I keep
hearing let downs last night and today, so it seems my milk has at
least partially come in in a reasonable amount of time this time.  With
my first 2 babies I didn't have any milk until 6 and 5 days.  The thing
Arrghhh!!!13 May 2005 14:25 GMT1
After 24 weeks of having no trouble meeing Alli's demand, my supply appears
to be dropping-and unfortunately, dropping at a point when she was coming
close to eating my full supply as it was. Over the last week, I've gone from
pumping about 38-40 oz a day to pumping more like 30-32, ...
Wow!!13 May 2005 05:44 GMT11
DD (2 months) woke this morning and would not latch on to my breast that was
engorged (she slept 7 hours yeehaw!) so I fed her from the other breast.
Once she was finished I got my Avent Isis and came to the computer and
pumped as I browsed the newsgroups. After only 15 minutes I ...
A friend's "miracle"13 May 2005 01:46 GMT2
A RL friend of mine has a two year old with a long-named condition I
can never remember . . . I think it begins with a p :-)  But anyway, he
is basically so allergic to everything that he cannot have breastmilk,
only a super-expensive formula that has to be ordered from England,
Lorelei Update12 May 2005 17:42 GMT23
Lorelei just had her six month check.  She weighs 16-13!  That's a gain
of 1.5 lbs. this month.  Her height is 26.5, and she's at the 70th
percentile for both.   We've come a long way!
The doctor was happy with her gain and her progress on milestones.  He
question about solids12 May 2005 11:49 GMT2
My twins are 8 months actual and 5 months adjusted age.  We already started
cereal at 4 months adjusted and they have gone through all of the cereals.
I'm concerned that we started to early, but they seemed to show some signs
of readiness (eating hands, etc.).  Anyway, the next step ...
