Does your child drink juice?31 Jul 2005 08:05 GMT95
Does your child drink juice?  If so, how much?
How do you get your child to consume milk?
Diet soda with Splenda and no caffeine, a no-no?
Sorry to bombard you with so many questions.

travel away from nursling question29 Jul 2005 18:42 GMT10
I'm de-lurking in the hopes of gaining some much needed advice and wisdom.
I am taking my first trip away from my 1.5 year old (actually he'll be
22 months) in Sept. He nurses about 3-4 times a day. I don't want to
wean him. How can I make this happen--I'm afraid he will lose ...

There's a second nurse in at the Mills this weekend. If you tune into KFYI,
he's ranting right now.
And I hate busy signals.

weaning high-needs 2.5 year old29 Jul 2005 12:08 GMT25
The subject is pretty clear! I have disliked nursing this whole time
and I just want to stop. I can't stand how it feels when she's
nursing, I can't stand the pawing at my chest, the tantrums when she
can't have them. Everytime I sit down or talk on the phone, Bethany
engorged, turning red...28 Jul 2005 18:35 GMT3
One of my wife's breasts is painfully engorged and turning a little bit
red.
We're concerned that our baby, Alden, isn't getting enough milk.
We spoke with a LLL consultant this morning, who advised warm, wet cloths;
Nanny 911 hostile to attachment parenting?28 Jul 2005 01:02 GMT12
Did anyone see Nanny 911 tonight? It really bothered me how opposed the
Nanny was to even having the 8 month old in bed with the mom and dad-even
though the mom mentions nursing, or to the mom even lying down with the
older boys as they went to sleep for a short time, or to the ...
juice or formula?28 Jul 2005 00:42 GMT7
DD2 will be 1 in three weeks. So far I've been able to pump the amount
she drinks when I'm away. I observed that my supply is gradually
slowing down to about half of what I usually give her day care
provider. DD eats solids well doesn't fuss much. She can nurse all she

please can someone check meptazinol, it's a painkiller, I was in an
accident between two rowing boats (racing eights, not the type you rent
in the park") on Friday and have sprained an ankle and quite severe
bruising to my neck and back, I was fairly sure it was ok, so have been
How long Breastfeeding.27 Jul 2005 10:45 GMT8
Hi every one, I am new here.
I would like to ask if one of you has experience in longtime
breastfeeding. I have a little girl of 2 years and do still breastfeed
her. I was thinking to stop it soon, but my sister told me I should
'exclusive' breastfeeding26 Jul 2005 19:20 GMT15
Just wondering if I am still considered to be exclusive breastfeeding if
Will has had some Ranitidine (for reflux) and Daktarin oral gel (for
thrush)... does that still count?  hehe, sounds like a silly question,
but I'm really proud of the fact that he's only had breastmilk ever ...
I am so angry26 Jul 2005 18:18 GMT51
Went to church this evening with DD2, 5 weeks old.  It was a packed service
and I had no choice but to sit next to a male. DD2 needed a feed, so I fed
her, I didn't think twice about it.  After the service one of the paid staff
of the church approached me and asked me (well told ...

Morgan went poo 3 times today.  Her bum and jamjay (you know what this is)
are very red.
Could the vitamin drops be causing this?
