Looking at buying a new mattress for posture support, so was looking into
foam mattresses. Came across this site -

Sore breast at end of feed31 Mar 2006 21:48 GMT1
My DD is nearly 5 weeks old, and recently my right breast has been getting
extremely sore when it gets nearly empty. It's not so much in the nipple as
in the rest of the breast, and it feels like it's been mangled and beaten.
There's no visible redness, swelling or anything. The ...
still pumping31 Mar 2006 17:10 GMT2
Well, we're nearly to 4 months now, and still pumping and bottle feeding.
Recently, my supply went from way more than adequate to just enough, so I've
been trying to pump more often to maintain a stable supply.  I do have about
20 gallons in the freezer, and am starting to rotate ...
breast feeding/ pumping /question31 Mar 2006 09:18 GMT4
I need some advice or comments from other breastfeeding moms out
there...
My son is almost 22 months old and he loves to breastfeed which is
great.  I work part time--two days a week for about 9 hours each day.
Aunt Flo's Terrific Timing (LAM question)31 Mar 2006 03:16 GMT8
I'm under some stress (my dad is having quintuple bypass surgery as I
write this), and have been spotting for two days.
Should I expect this to be any kind of regular thing, or is it probably
a one time thing due to stress?  I guess my question is, once LAM
sore, calloused nipple29 Mar 2006 06:52 GMT10
Hi, this is my first time posting, but I've been reading a lot of
helpful posts since I started breastfeeding. Thanks so much...it's
incredibly reassuring to know there's others out there having problems
like me, and working through them!
Advice for a week away from baby28 Mar 2006 21:31 GMT16
I am thinking about taking a short intense cooking class that would be
5 days long, 14 hours a day, at the end of July. My baby will be 7
months old, so I presume from my previous babies that she'll be on some
solid food but still mostly nursing. At the moment, I am a sahm, and
Is this thrush?!27 Mar 2006 22:10 GMT4
Lillian has been frustrated, we'll call it, the past 48 hours or so.
Not all the time, but every few hours.  I do think she is teething as
she drools profusely and wants to suck on EVERYTHING.  I looked in her
mouth to try and find out where the gums look swollen and saw a
"Lactation Rooms"27 Mar 2006 19:32 GMT7
Hey, I know I haven't been around in ages, but just wanted to pop in
with something I saw today.
I was at the student union and, while in the ladies room, noticed a
door leading off it labeled "Lactation Room."  I was all ready to

My DS (12 days old and 3 weekd before due date) seems to want to sleep
more than 4 hours at times. I have to wake him up to nurse and most
times I am unsuccesful in waking him up. When he does wake up, he
normally only nurses for about 10 minutes on one breast and that's it.
breast milk storage recommendation27 Mar 2006 00:51 GMT9
I am looking into storing breast milk in the freezer. I was not sure if
any brands of storage bags or milk storage systems are recommended over
the others?  looked at Medela, Playtex, First Years etc and cannot
decide which to get.... Not sure what to look for, honestly... Does

I am a Journalism student at San Jose State. I am doing a reasearch on
breastfeeding. Thanks to everyone who responded. I am not against
babies. I am not againtst babies being breastfed in public places. I am
just doing reasearch. Your answers do not eliminate my responsability
Breastfeeding Counsellor - Experiences?25 Mar 2006 19:37 GMT12
I am thinking about becoming a breastfeeding counsellor, and I was wondering
if anyone has any experiences that they would tell me about.
I am based in the UK, and I am not currently a member of any BF
organisations.  I don't know anything about any of them, either good or bad.
interesting rash, any ideas?24 Mar 2006 18:29 GMT12
Ada developed some spots last week, they instantly looked like fairly bad
acne, rather than blisters that then scabbed over. Basically everything
pointed away from chicken pox. By Sunday they had spread so she has a lot on
one arm and one leg, quite a few on the other arm and leg ...
Question for a friend: Reflux24 Mar 2006 15:12 GMT12
My friend's DS is about 3 months old.  He is currently exclusively
breastfed, though he has had some supplementing due to bad jaundice in his
early days.
He seems to be suffering from a severe case of reflux and while the
