Expressing at work29 Apr 2006 15:23 GMT8
I'm guessing this has been asked loads of times but I need some tips on
expressing at work. I only work three days a week and I didn't expect
that those three days would effect my supply so drastically. Up until
recently I have been expressing just before work and as soon as I ...

Breast Feeding can be fun......29 Apr 2006 06:22 GMT8
Do you Mum's get sexual fantasies when your kid is sucking on your big
milk filled sagging  titties?
Thanks and goodbye28 Apr 2006 23:52 GMT60
Now that I am returning to work full time and pumping really isn't
going to work for me (nothing to do with current problem) I am moving
towards mixed feeding. I still intend to bf evenings and weekends and
any other time I am with ds and I plan to keep going after a year.
Weak suck28 Apr 2006 23:20 GMT20
Ben has such a weak suck I worry.  I have a really hard time getting him to
make the big fishy lips and then doing any nutritive sucking.  He will latch
and suck, just not those long nutritive sucks and I almost always have to
adjust his latch/lips.  His sucking is short and ...

Mini-pill, sudden restart of menstration, and drop in feedings questions28 Apr 2006 06:04 GMT7
Hi, I'm mostly a lurker here. I'm on Micronor for birth control and
hadn't had a period since I started the pill last May. My son just
turned one last Friday, so on Monday he started drinking cow's milk at
daycare and continuing to breastfeed in the morning and at night.
Reintroducing Myself27 Apr 2006 19:22 GMT3
I lurked here and posted a couple times back in 2002 and 2003. I breastfed
my daughter for 25 months and I'm now 19 weeks pregnant with baby number 2
and hoping to successfully breastfeed this baby as well. I'll probably just
lurk again until this baby makes its appearance and ...
restarting after extended pump and dump - low milk supply26 Apr 2006 23:07 GMT2
My DS is five weeks old and I was told by my lactation consultant to
pump and dump while on Levaquin (L3).  I happened to mention this to my
pediatrician today, and she said it was fine to go back to
breastfeeding - hooray!  I've been pumping and dumping for 10 days, and
Whitish nipple?26 Apr 2006 01:43 GMT4
Greetings folks.
My son is now two weeks old, and after a difficult start we're finally
coming along on the breastfeeding front. I have one nipple that's
somewhat inverted, so it's been more of a challenge to get him latched
my milk is drying up26 Apr 2006 01:41 GMT7
I'm pumping, but probably not often enough.  I pump about 3 times during the
day, and up to this point, that was enough.  Is it enough to just pump more
often, or do I need to supplement?  If I pump more often, how often should I
do it?

What's the best way to treat diarrhea -- mine, not the baby's -- while
nursing a newborn? The BRAT diet doesn't seem to be helping.
Medifast25 Apr 2006 14:14 GMT25
Okay, I can't take it any longer.  I'm starting Medifast on May 1st (sooner
if the shipment arrives).
I'm going to also continue to breastfeed Morgan to sleep at nite.
I haven't heard anything negative about it.
Help with night weaning25 Apr 2006 09:57 GMT7
Since birth, my 14 mo DD has been waking between 2 and 4 times a night to
nurse. Three weeks ago I decided it was time to stop nursing her during the
night in the hope that she would start sleeping through. (I am soooo tired.)
For the first few nights if she woke before 1am I ...
sleeping on stomach25 Apr 2006 04:52 GMT5
One of the things I really missed while pregnant was sleeping on my stomach.
Now it's over 6 weeks since DD Louka was born, and the obstetrician checked
the caesar scar and says all is fine, I tried sleeping on my stomach again
for a couple of days. Those two days my breasts did ...
