Ms. Gosselin argues that the Social Aid Regulation discriminated against
social assistance recipients on the basis of age. She says that this
violated her equality rights under the Canadian Charter. The government
could not justify this discrimination

I was reading the complimentary news paper and ran across this article
from Agence France-Presse about Divorce in Chile. Apparently it has not
been legal to get a divorce in Chile until now. After 9 years of debate

Here's what gets me on this one..  there is no mention of the hundreds, even
