On what basis is Louise Gosselin challenging the Regulation?27 Nov 2004 00:08 GMT4
Ms. Gosselin argues that the Social Aid Regulation discriminated against
social assistance recipients on the basis of age. She says that this
violated her equality rights under the Canadian Charter. The government
could not justify this discrimination
Only STUPID men date single moms26 Nov 2004 21:14 GMT70
Here's a line to explain to them why you don't want them:
"See, the loser you gave that kid to didn't have a screaming kid
interrupting the sex, now did he?"
Dealing with a controlling ex26 Nov 2004 13:28 GMT94
I'm sure some of you have been through situations similar to this, so
hopefully someone can give me some advice on how best to deal with the
situation.
My girlfriend has been dealing with an ex-husband that constantly
more ex's bf26 Nov 2004 05:35 GMT25
I posted previously about my ex and her bf.  My kids asked me about him and
I let them know that he is a penis wrinkle and why he is.  My ex begged me
not to say anything bad about him to our kids and I told her that I had
nothing positive to say about him and that I would tell them ...
Resources are Difficult to Find26 Nov 2004 04:41 GMT4
Is it me, or are there scarcely little if any resources for men's issues out
there? I don't expect to find much apart from post-adjudicative ones, but I
wasn't expecting to find nothing. Oh well, seven years hasn't made much
difference. Good on ya girls. You did you jobs well.
IRC chat26 Nov 2004 00:13 GMT2
T'giving has wound down here--if anyone is sitting around this 'merican

MA:  DEADBEAT DADS: Child support program needs major overhaul, lawmakers say25 Nov 2004 17:00 GMT24
Here's what gets me on this one..  there is no mention of the hundreds, even
thousands of NCP's that are treated with utter contempt and loathing when
attempting to correct the very same errors made by DOR/CSE!!  One to two
hours on hold???  WTF is that crap?!?!
Part time jobs25 Nov 2004 12:13 GMT3
I am looking to get a part time job to supplement my income and keep my head
above water.  It is to my understanding that if I do so, my ex-spouse would
be entitled to the standard 1/3 of income.  Is this normally true?  If so
can anyone justify it?  Why bother if she is going to ...
I Do What I have to do, to See My Kids25 Nov 2004 04:23 GMT3
Although it is not stated in any court provision, if you're a father dealing
with a malicious, embittered, ex and mother of your children and you wish to
see your kids, you are required on a regular basis to act in a way which can
be used against you. This can include the threat of ...
Road Trip25 Nov 2004 04:19 GMT10
I am leaving tonight and will return Sunday.  I'm driving
from Florida to Tennessee & Kentucky to see in-laws...
oh, joy!  I'll rejoin the romper room on the flip side.
To those who will miss my scintillating repartee, dry humor,

It will be down for a few hours, possibly all day, but will be back up
asap. I know this will be hard for most of you, but keep your chin up.
