| What to gain from divorce | 30 Mar 2005 19:33 GMT | 76 |

| Here's a question for the pros... | 30 Mar 2005 01:15 GMT | 39 |
Most stories I hear are about people trying to settle finances/child custody. I know my wife would never settle for anything other than sole custody, and yet give me access to my kids on weekends. However, the financial situation is quite the reverse from most stories

| What's Worse. Failure to Pay Child Support or Taxes? | 29 Mar 2005 17:09 GMT | 12 |
Seeking some practical advice from anyone who's been is a similar bind. Both of these agents can freeze a bank account and eventually have you put in jail for non-payment. If and when it comes down to it, how can I navigate through the mine field of government collections?
