I'm in the throes of finalizing, drawing up the papers after 2.5yrs of
piddling, and ex & I have already worked out the details. In my mind,
we don't need a lawyer or a court order or any legal action whatsoever.

Ok i know this girl a friend of mine been married six times. Ok it

OK, these are small and petty things:
Ex provides summer calendar of son's activities and time with me and
time with ex, but ex's notation is now "J/T" for he and the wife
instead of just "J" for him.

where nothing was decided. At the first one the judge said my ex (he had
moved out) had to start paying child support but left it to the attny. My ex

My ex and i filed jointly on our taxes as our divorce has still not gone
thru. My income was small (12,000). His was like 85,000. I paid the mortgage
which gave gave us a 2200 additional refund but i am wondering if i am
entitled to part of his refund as we are still married legally ...
