This is a second time I as informed my 10 3/4 yrs old son waked up by
some noises in his house and panicked, except this time, x called (her
voice panicked also) and informed that he wanted me to come over to
inspect the house. Of course, there was no break-in, just cracking

It's way past time for that stupid law to be repealed.  Look at the mess

I'm pleased to report that for now at least, the emotions seem to be
settling and my son has seen his two sons. They have agreed, for now,
to go the Family Conciliation route and, for now, it looks like no war.

I and my wife want to end the marriage and she is willing to give
everything up (financial assets, and equity in the house). I have three

As main provider to seperated couple I have to travel for my job.  I have
