Okay, so I just (like yesterday) broke it off with a woman I had been
seeing on and off for the past 6 months.  My rationale was that I need
to concentrate on my career and kids.  She was also throwing around
the "M" word - and no, it wasn't "Money"!  Kinda freaked me out...  So

Seems everyone's gotten a bulletin about Anna Svidersky, the 17 year-old
Vancouver teenager who was brutally murdered while working at McDonald's in
Fort Vancouver, Washington.  Since Anna was White, physically attractive,
and had a MySpace profile which suggested promiscuity ...

In your opinion, could 2 people living in a sham of a marriage [i.e.
in 2 separate households one with another partner - married only for
health insurance purposes] be accused of insurance fraud?
Yeah, I know, I'm just amusing myself...

With time on my hands I am amazed at how busy I should have been.  Now that
my head is out of my butt I see that:
The negotiated but not final parenting schedual is worse for me than the
county default court schedule!!!  If I push for the default which is similar

I am preparing my divorce papers.  A term in a form is 'cash surrender
value'.  On the life insurance document there is 'Life Insurance Death
Benefit'.  I want to know whether:
cash surrender value = life insurance death benefit

A little history here ~ I've been divorced for 15 years and I've been
living with/engaged to my SO for 8 years, known each other/dated for 9

Good story today.
A guy I know just got custody of his daughter.
His ex moved from Dallas to Galveston without notifying him, yoinked
his daughter, and upped the child support, all over the past year.

Warning to all in or prior to entering a rebound post or during divorce.
After 10 months of agony and bargaining and spewing rational in this
newsgroup, to friends and family I think it (the rebound) is over.  Rebounds
they say are full of passion, excitement, distrust, possesion, ...

Both my spouse and I are living in Florida.  We are planning to
divorce.  We have a 21-year-old daughter.  She is a university student
receiving a scholarship that covers full tuition and some books and
school supplies.  But she is living with my spouse.
