I have just joined this group and would like to share my blog on

We are close to working out a settlement with the lawyers.  There is a
problem - the support includes child care costs rolled in (ohio).  We get a
deal on child care from a college kid baby sitter.  Otherwise real daycare
could cost me up to and over $1000/mo where now it is $800.  ...

Divorced now for a couple months.  Ex has the kids, I have the usual
visitation.  Things have been very amicable to this point, but now that
she is on her own financially, things are getting more strained.  She
decided she wanted to stay in the house (which she cannot afford, IMO).

I am in California. Can a spouse move out of the house before the
divorce is final?
