Need your input regarding highway fumes near housing
My sister is buying a home, in Northern California, which is approx
1,300 feet from a busy highway in Northern California. The sound is not
an issue, my concern is the traffic fumes and it's impact on health,

my brother went to his sons dr. for vaccine and check up. they measured his
head and it is on the growth chart at max., His son is height about 40-50%.

I've read and heard of various cons for the use of walkers, but most of
it points to potential injuries with falling off of stairs or delays in
development due to tip-toe mobility.  Therefore, I was wondering if it
would be safe to use a walker if it was made stationary?
