Is there such a thing? If both partners were willing to enter into it and there were good reasons for the same, can one sign a post-nuptial agreement on what should happen to assets should they split up down the road? Can a court/judge override such an agreement down the road?

No signs of malignancy from the biopsy report with inconclusive results. My thyroid needs to be removed and it is then that they will determine whether or not there is a malignancy. From there, they determine the treatment. I see a surgeon on Monday and find out more

Well, not really. But there did seem to be a sudden shift in his approach. Up until now he's been talking mostly about changing the way I think. Trying to get me to stop over- inflating the bad. To stop personalizing it.
