My husband of 9 years thinks its ok to lie to me about stupid

it..

Wife wants dog and I don't...26 May 2006 20:12 GMT9
My wife wants a dog and I do not.  We already have four cats in our
home and I simply am not prepared to have a dog.  I do not want a dog
because I know there is a maintenance factor involved and I am not
willing to do the maintenance.  I know I would not make a good dog
New books for the ASM Book Sub FAQ?26 May 2006 07:57 GMT3
Lately I've seen several books recommended by various people that aren't
already on our current list so I am hoping they and any other people with
books they think have been and could be particularly useful to themselves or
others will take this opportunity to respond with book ...

I have a question.25 May 2006 10:21 GMT4
Alt.Support.Marriage 20000 threads. Alt.Support.Divorce 42000 threads.

Complicated, or perhaps simple?25 May 2006 04:23 GMT10
I'm in a situation that I don't quite know how to handle. It sounds
pretty simple on the surface. I confessed to my husband that I cheated
on him, and he is very angry (understandably!) and wants a divorce.
Here's what's complicated:
Happiness, Vacation and Togetherness25 May 2006 03:48 GMT9
I heard on the radio today that some think tank called the Pew
Institute (great name - I don't really know the spelling) conducted
random surveys of "currently single people" derived from the U.S.
Census Data.  Of the "currently single people," 55% said they had no

How are things going with DH/DS? I've been having an awful, awful time
with DS11 lately, and if it would be of any use, I could jot off a few
stories for you that might get DH to realize "well, things may be rough,
but at least we don't have cops and social workers involved yet!"

I have been with my husband for a year and a half and we have been
married for one month.  Lately I have noticed that he is spending a lot
of time on the computer.  He is getting onto myspace and looking at
women. This makes me very uncomfortable.  What I am lacking that he has
New thread, for Bill in Co. and others23 May 2006 07:19 GMT8
Okay, now that we're both fired up.  What's your take on
biology?
By that, I mean, what do you know about the brain?  I'm
going to suggest that you think about managing your health
Can you put responsibility on your family or genes for your marriage?23 May 2006 03:34 GMT141
This post is intended in part for some of the recent, young posters
whose marriages have barely gotten started and are already falling
apart.  Seems some people made some really difficult choices (like
getting married very young or having lots of kids right away).  But

Of course I include third world countries.
Why wouldn't I?
Why would you laugh at me for having a different view of
