Reflecting on Thanksgiving season--and the things I would put on a
'non-standard' list of things to be thankful for...
("standard" things being health, family, religious aspects, good job, etc)
So... what am I most thankful for this year in addition to the 'standard

Hmm... what do you do when your daughter tells you she's getting
serious with a guy that you dont approve of? The things she has
mentioned about him are not too impressive - immaturity, poor
judgement, lack of ambition - not the kind of stuff that would make

I like to rely on my own personal analysis
of things-- given that i am stable, rational
and insightful-- which i am getting to be.
I am well-read in psychology and psychiatry

Had a big argument this morning about something really stupid. I ended
up throwing a pair of our sons trousers at my wife (she threw them
back), and then I stepped up and raised my fists... Fortunately,
nothing happened.

Yeah, that's the term being used for the whole married but separate
lives saga.
I wonder if married singles started out as having real partnerships
but then grew apart gradually.  Perhaps they noticed the distancing

I've been married for 3 years now. The first two and half years of it
have been miserable. I had been depressed enough to see a counselor.
He told me to note down what I wanted to do in life. I found that I
really had no reason to live. My marriage was suffering at many levels

I am thinking about cheating on my wife. I don't want to leave
her...but I find myself thinking about sex with other women...black
women to be exact. Any advice...and please be realistic!
