Well my little monkey read her first book out loud to me today :)))
Shes been wanting to read for ages and has been picking up words here
and there. I wasnt sure whether to try her on one of those Reading
schemes cos I like the idea of her learning naturally but I thought her

Just thought you'd all like to know how we usually deal with those fly by
posters who try to create problems within the news groups [aka tr0llls].  We
regard this good practice for dealing with two year olds and do the ignore

Boo is going through a very cute phase. every thing we do for him gets a
big 'thank you, lee' or 'thank you daddy', usually accompanied by a kiss.
and i do mean everything! new shoes, bowl of cereal, bath... it's so
sweet.

This was my 11th baby (10th pregnancy) and I was planning an

are no longer available? This has never happened to me before. Some of the

Well as you all know I posted that we would be moving.  Well my sister is
having a major problem with me and my hubby bringing our two cats!!  I'm not

Ciarán has been potty trained since April, and apart from the odd accident
he's been dry at night since then too.

the lads are at their grandparents overnight, we are sleeping in in the

How old are babies when they can have raw fruit, that has been mashed.
My other question is about avocado.  I know it's good for babies but do I have
to cook it first or mash it up raw?  What is a good age to start avocado?
She will be 6 months soon, so it's a little early to start ...

I have to be honest - I cannot stand the taste of water. I hate our water
because it tastes chlorinated (they swear it's not) and I can't afford
bottle water so ...
