CTTS: Bippert and Tippert30 Nov 2003 22:19 GMT9
I just love the pronunciation of words by 2-year-olds.
Slippers = Bippert according to Joshua
Slippers = Tippert according to Katerina

Although she's not said anything to *me*, I think my boss has figured
out I'm expecting.
Her "if she's not pregnant I'll eat my hat" comment to a co-worker of
mine came to light last night.  How rude is it for her to discuss this
House Clean Up30 Nov 2003 05:04 GMT3
I rearrange furniture and my dad swept and vacuumed. And all that remains to
be cleaned is my room, my bathroom and Evy's room.

borrowing a line from the toy story movies, jeremy (3.5)  told his Nan (my
MIL) that she had a "cute little bottom".  she was wrapt with that
compliment, and it even made Pa shape up and take a bit of notice of what a
good sort he actually has by his side.
Preventing the flu30 Nov 2003 03:01 GMT8
What are things we can do as moms to prevent our babies from getting the
flu? Alena's too young to get the shot and she has a compromised immune

that people can still get the flu even with the shot.
Another New..30 Nov 2003 00:55 GMT3
Tooth.  Now I know why Z has been crabby this last week.  The poor kid.  I
thought it was just because Gammy was in town and off his schedule a bit.  A

Specialization29 Nov 2003 22:49 GMT6
I was laughing with SWMBO last night as we enjoyed the Disney movie with all
three daughter-units. It would seem that my daughter-units, at some point in
their family job descriptions decided that each would take on a special task
and master it.
odd sort of question29 Nov 2003 22:20 GMT17
If hypothetically speaking I wanted to post anonymously to ngs, what
would the best way be?
Thanks :)

Single mom for a week29 Nov 2003 10:14 GMT18
DH has just left to hop a plane to the US until (hopefully) Wednesday
night (getting him home Thursday morn).  His great-aunt died yesterday,
so it's back to the ol' stomping ground for him.  This blows.  We are
almost *never* apart...only one other time since P came along.  Urg.
Plop, plop, Fizz, fizz..29 Nov 2003 00:03 GMT2

W00f! I can't believe I ate the ***WWWHHHHOOOOLLLLEEEE*** thing!"
I am sitting here, in my gluttony, avarice, and greed miserable beyond
belief! But -- dammit -- I do it again in a skipped-heartbeat!

I just had to!
I listened to everyone's thoughtful advise both here and at DD's preschool.  I
gave it every consideration and made up my mind to wait to buy DD an Easy Bake
Oven ....
