<g> some of you asked for the stats of baby niece. Well I had about 3 mins to talk to my sister today. Baby weighed in at 8lb 2 - lovely weight. sister described labour as horrible, they were talking about a c-section so baby came prety much instantly then rofl!!

Hope you all dont mind me keeping you updated. No baby yet. but my sister found some meconium discharge. It was a small amount so they are happy to wait until morning to start induction. However they are keeping her in over night, with induction at 6am now.

Katherine and I had our first 'Grand Expedition' on our bike today. (Katherine on the tag-a-long) It was all on canal towpath - to the canal visitors centre. dh thought it would be about 6 miles each way which seemed reasonable for a kids first bike trip.
