Ok.  Here we go again.  For those of you who do not live in areas effected
by the Atlantic tropical storms, those of us who are are watching the

Potty training?????31 Aug 2004 16:16 GMT3
Alena keeps taking off her diaper and sitting in one of her toys (it's a
wagon-esqe toy) and peeing! Not only adorable, but frustrating to clean.
Should we pick her up a potty and see if she'll do anything with it??? She's
not even 14 months old yet!!

DD on Freedom29 Aug 2004 12:37 GMT4
We recently saw Cat Women and King Arthur and DD felt that the subject of both
those movies was freedom. So I suggested to her to write down her ideas on that.
She did it on the computer as she currently got a hurting thumb (slammed the
door on it) and it's hard to hold a pencil ...

Phew :-)29 Aug 2004 11:08 GMT10
Did my last exam of this academic year this afternoon and I shouldn't
have bothered. I was just drained. I had started the preparation
enthusiastically, but got discouraged when I encountered mathematical
problems in the course materials. I never quite recovered, so I knew my
