DS has always been very arguementative.  And he's always had an excuse for

We have decided what we are doing.  Everyone's input has been helpful and
most appreciated, let me tell you.  Monday I am going to give my 4 week
notice and we will be in Vermont by American thanksgiving [11/25/04].  The
house will be listed early in the week and we are now scouting ...
