My neighbour looked after DD6 while I went to meetings but I had to bring the DS5 and DS1 with me. I hate the way the parent is asked to sit on a kid sized chair while teacher remains in the one she usually uses. I felt like I was a child again and

ain't libraries great? free internet access and it's all warm and cosy which saves you from having to put on and pay for your heating at home! and so many delicious books to choose from too, just to sort of ice the cake as it were.

As of this morning we are expecting 12 kids at DS's party tomorrow. There is an 8yr old, a 9yr old and 10 - 11yr olds. Thank goodness Mother Nature is cooperating and we are due for sunny skies and upper 70's temps, which will make for a good afternoon

Woke up this morning and someone /coughsethcough had eaten every chocolate out of the 4 advent Calenders we have...he lasted one day. Now I have to go out and replace them (and hang them MUCH higher) at least now it's after the 1st they'll be cheaper lol

Liam has had a dreadful cough for the past couple of nights and it is setting in worse during the day too. It sounds a bit like croup although not as wheezy, more phlegmy. He looked in pain whenever he coughed so off to the dr today.
