Well - here we go - 5 more working days left (great big happy dance) until I finish up for good.. The only thing is, they're gonna be interminable - the other day there was 5hrs work - and 60hrs of resource - you do the math... zzzzz

Can anyone tell me what to do in case Alena catches it??? Both my nieces, my neighbour and her son, and possibly now my brother all have it! They've all had contact with Alena! Should I just nip it in the bud now and take her to a doctor?

December is not the best month to fall off a plateau...:-( Of course eating an entire box of Christmas sweets three days in a row probably didn't help either ;-). Still ate less than 1500 calories today, even with the sweets.

Today I found out that an acquaintance of mine passed away last Thursday. Her youngest daughter was a few years older than I, but we went to the same primary school. I've known this lady and her husband for ages, at least 25 years. She was in her seventies, and a few years
