How much TV do your kids get to watch?  I'm trying to figure out a plan for
my kids.  I have made "tickets" allowing 30 min of tv time.  These tickets
will not be earned, however an extra one could be earned for a special
event.

Yes, I found Megan's comment to be unnecessarily snarky.  Turns out,
that was the case.  As I said in another post, I can understand the
frustration when you feel USAians speak as if you're 'uncivilized'.
