Okay- back to your regulary scheduled programming!

This is my official posting of a goal that is very important to me.  I am
planning on a 27-30 mile bike ride on July 3rd.  I have been slowly getting
myself ready for it, now it's time for me to kick it up a notch. :)
One of the things I often do is not tell anyone my goals .. ...

Ive been at my sisters for a few days with K - admiring my niece and
doing a little retail therapy.

For a week of holidays, starting tomorrow. I *SO* need a break. Even
though I'm swamped with work and arranging our move (only a month to go),
we really really need a break. I don't care if it poors, storms or
whatever, as long as we're away from here.

Today is the day I get my body back!  It took a beating after two back to
back pg and I am ready to be back in shape.  I ran on the treadmill and used
the bowflex.  I hope to keep it up this time.  I was doing my Pilates when
ds was a new baby and just stopped when I was doing so ...

My DS and I are having a great day.  He gives me kisses!  Any day that he
decides to do that is my happy day!

I took the day off today as did dh :)
The sun was shining and it was a lovely day so while K was at school we
did a nice long(ish) walk to a good pub. It was along our local canal
(loads of teeny ducklings and squirrels), through a field - where we saw

Spawn is her own little girl.
She knows what she likes and she knows that I'm not always going to be
