I found a dvd in the library 'so you love ponies' its 40 minutes pitched exactly at Ks age about riding and looking after ponies. K is in pony heaven :)

I was feeling a bit glum today with bits and bobs, so its nice to have some cheery up stuff. The good stuff started with a shop assistant being really helpful - beyond normal helpful and with a smile on her face. but the best bit.

Well, today I went over all the stuff related to my preceptorship with my instructor and realized that even if the guy comes back to work tomorrow, and even if I am there every shift he works before his resignation date, I still will not get all my hours in.

This is my week for seeing doctors! This morning I went to see the surgeon who performed my hernia op and got good news.... my abdomen is in great shape (post-surgically that is <G>)
