One of my oniine *kids* just invited me to her
wedding.  She and her sisters had a really rough
time during the teen years and they are all doing

I found a dvd in the library 'so you love ponies' its 40 minutes pitched
exactly at Ks age about riding and looking after ponies. K is in pony
heaven :)

Did any of you see this weeks episode of the King family?  OMG!!!!  I so
felt totally bad for the little boy Christopher..Did you see how his dad was
behaving?  I'm so glad that the nanny suggested counceling for the mom and
dad.  It was *so* needed.  It really goes to show that ...

I was feeling a bit glum today with bits and bobs, so its nice to have
some cheery up stuff. The good stuff started with a shop assistant being
really helpful - beyond normal helpful and with a smile on her face.

Unlike some of you lucky moms, our DS needs to be very actively potty
trained. We've been at it since last summer, although until the beginning
of this year, we didn't put too much effort in it. He was obviously not

Well, today I went over all the stuff related to my preceptorship with my
instructor and realized that even if the guy comes back to work tomorrow,
and even if I am there every shift he works before his resignation date, I
still will not get all my hours in.

This is my week for seeing doctors!  
This morning I went to see the surgeon who performed my hernia op and
got good news.... my abdomen is in great shape (post-surgically that
is <G>)
