...said the letter that came in the mail for DS15 today. Yikes! How did that
happen? His orientation is the same day as DS12's orientation for middle
school. I keep asking them if they are excited and they act all so very
cool, yeah mom, it's no big deal, etc.etc. :-)

Meme (5yo) won a mini flashlight at our parish festival last weekend. She
decided to turn it on and check it out. All the sudden she gasps excitedly

Seems like I posted only yesterday about K getting her 12"/14" (not sure
which) bike. (turns out to be 2 years ago :-/  ) When Katherine was on
her bike today I was astonished to see how ridiculously small it was for
her. So while we were in town we called into the local bike ...

So far the weekend's been good I guess..
Firday left my desk around 12:00 for lunch then was bussed to a hotel
where we were having a fun day and evening - it was far more enjoyable
than I thought it would be.

friend of mine's grandmother is in a deep coma with blood on the brain.
Theya re not expecting her to live more than a couple of days.
Please prayer for friend and his family... they are taking this very hard

wow ... I have had 5 in the last 2 days.  I have had them before but maybe 1
or 2 a year and now sometimes I wonder if they were not hot flashes at all,
but anxiety.

Was anyone here hit by the first crossover?
Looks as if the worst isn't even over yet. This is all a bit nerve wracking
because it seems this storm, in particular, has been VERY difficult to track
(did anyone predict it right on the first landfall?) I'm very worried about
