Hey Guys,
I feel the need to apologize to everyone here.  I don't post as much as I
should.  I don't respond as much as I should.  I go into the other place and
poke around, vent, etc. . . but there are some things going on with me right

I swear I think our scale is broke.  Dh says it's not and it is working
perfectly but I ask you how can one person lose 8 pounds in one day?
According to this scale I've lost a total of 47 pounds.  I don't SEE 47
pounds worth gone..... I see some but not that much......I am ...

Each week I watch rather jealously as Katherine has her horse riding
lesson. I love horses and apart from a couple of walkouts in the past
Ive not had lessons since I did some as a kid. We cant afford for us
both to do them and K really looks forward to her lessons.

We are thinking about decorating our bedroom and for once I am
completely lacking inspiration for colour.
At the moment its wallpapered with a midblue with pale blue sort of
sponge effected in.

we're removing wallpaper layer by layer. top layer circa
1990s. next layer circa 1960s avocado with a print of
"antiques": spinning wheel, butter churn, etc, next layer

It seems that the older I get the more yellow looking my teeth get :(  It's
really starting to bother me and making it hard to smile.
I would like to get them whitened but it's very costly and not in the budget
right now.  I use whitening paste and of course I brush several times ...

Hello, i'm in Canada, but i'm wondering if there is any way at all i
can help with this disaster? i'd do anything i could... it's really
tragic...

I'm a good shopper. But I've moved to a place where shopping is not as
easily done.  So, if you guys can help me out, I'd deeply appreciate it.
DS has expressed a deep desire to have a pair of bib over-alls. I thought,
walk into Wal/K-Mart and voila, no problem.  HA!  Forget that!  ...

Fox News is showing a housing project on fire that is near the I-10
freeway.
CNN and MSNBC are covering the anger and frustration of the people in
N.O.

Right now DS is storing possessions in my shed, as he's due to be  on
a plane to LA at 7 a.m.

What a lovely day it is today :)))
I woke up feeling awake for once. The sun was shining with that lovely
september sunlight.
Then a parcel arrived - from the pigeon people - a book for K about

This was sent to me and it brought tears to my eyes.
