I hope she is able to sleep thru the night and get all the sleep she needs.

But after a spell of complaints, Hess now has signs at the pumps, warning
Who has a bedtime delayer?10 Sep 2005 12:00 GMT1
And what do you do about it?
My nearly 4 year old has always needed a bit less sleep than the average but
recently her day care has forced/persuaded her to start taking an afternoon
nap again to improve her demeanour in the afternoons. The unfortunate effect
