geez .. if it's not one thing it's another.
The dog is now in the hospital w/ guall and bladder stones.  She is in
surgery now.

and I cant sleep :(
had a cough/aches for a couple of days and woke up at 1am with a really
sore throat. Completely lost my voice. 2am now and Im trying a lemsip as
the easist way to get paracetemol (acetiminophen or somthing like that)

Well we are at the beginning of our first snowstorm of the season
(midwest USA).  They are forcasting anything from  an inch to 7 inches
depending on who you listen to.  Right now it is just a slushy sloppy
mess.  Tonight though they are expecting wind gusts to 50 mph and wind

A year ago this week I was putting in my last week in my old job, packing
the house up like a fiend, and saying good bye to all sorts of people.  We
didn't have a home of our own lined up, just a job 1300 miles away, and
relatives who would let us stay with them until we got our own ...

I finally got back home from Katrina.
New newsserver was one outcome.  Headers all the
way back to April which is a bit much for me at the
