Just wanted to say hooray for my dh as hes been an absolute star these
past couple of days. Both mornings he has got breakfast, got Katherine
ready for school and taken her in despite this making him late for work.
He even stopped by after he had dropped katherine off to bring ...

So last night at work, the girl beside me starts coughing and going very red
in the face, I grabbed her water bottle and got her coughing fit to stop,
offered her a cough drop and asked if she was okay.
Turns out, she should have been home in bed. Girl's got viral pneumonia!!!

E had one after dinner this evening.  She said her fingers got
somewhat sticky as the chocolate coating melted a bit.  I asked her if
she needed a handi-wipe, and she says, "Nope!  I sucked it all off and

wow, it's 7:45 and BOTH of my kids are tucked in and sleeping.
Talk about a couple of little grumps tonight ... I think they may be getting
sick.  The Kid has circles under her eyes and The Toddler has been a super
grump ALL day.

Ive only caught the bl**dy tummy bug. I dont do tummy bugs (emetephobe)
and had a really rotten night. Cats have been sick everywhere overnight
too. dh was really kind and took Katherine into school. He reported back
that the girl in Katherines class was in today looking dreadful ...

Quite hard to take a photo as it's an unusually shaped room... but you can
see the colour and with all the white... photos never look as good as seeing
it in person.
Then again, not everyone is going to like it as it is very different :-)

I bought my husband a Retro Atari game for his birthday, he loves it.  The
games are just as they were in the early 80's :) it's been great fun to
play.
We have no other video games in the house, mostly because I'm uncomfortable
