chills - sweats - runny red eye, fever, sore throat, headache.  ugh.  I'm
changing dr's. my dr always prescribes a z-pack and sends me on my way. I
get sick too frequently (if you ask me!) and their response is always
'adults get 4-6 upper respiratory infections a year'. - but ...

LOL!  I came into my in box and the computer was having fits and choking so
I hit alt/cont/del and went out of outlook.  I come back in and half the
messages are gone completely and out of 134 messages unread there is 1!

ok, so i pigged out over christmas.  But in 3 weeks, i have put on 2.5 kg
(er, 10 lb? i think) and in that time i have been very good for the last 6
days.   I was weighing myself often, and that gain did happen quite quickly.

We just got news today that DH's uncle in the UK has had a massive stroke.
Please keep him and the family in your thoughts and prayers.  He isn't
conscious (sp?) at the moment and when he does they are planning on moving
