My husband's car has had the rear windshield wiper acting up lately.
Probably because of some crossed wires, the wiper was staying on all
the time.  The other day, when stopped at an intersection (when it was
not raining), a stranger told him that his wiper was on.  V explained

Amber you really need to take your v-card out of that sig of yours.
It provides too much information on where you live and who you

We just had a bit of awesome news here.  I've had several ideas of new
inventions in my head for months, well, DH called a computer customer of his
who is rather well-to-do and he is going to back us financially!  Which
means he is going to pay for us to get it patented and ...

Metaphorically, there were times that being thin-skinned helped me win

Sometimes, it's the little things that make us happy and this is one
