Can you freeze stuffed peppers? I did monthly shopping but bought my peppers a tad early. We dont need then for over a week. I was thinking I could stuff um and freeze them when I cook all the meat and sort it out into packages today.

Looks like bird flu has been found in scotland. The H5 bit has been confirmed, just the N bit to be confirmed. I'm just wondering what your comfort level would be for keeping cats indoors. Its around 500-600 miles away so probably the french outbreaks are closer.

Our mallards, who usually nest down at the creek in the backyard, have been displaced by a bunch of Canada geese this year. DH had taken the pool cover off this weekend, and this handsome fellow moved in yesterday. His mate was on the ground and flew off when he did.
