Did you happen to watch the US v Italy game?  If so, what do you think of
that ref?  If not, try to catch a replay,  The ref I'm talking about was
suspended before for his crap calls.

oWell after posting about our kitten being a bit of a late night party
animal last week she seems to be settling in nicely :) She is very
cuddly and purry and likes to ride on my shoulder. She doesnt really
know what fear is and has even taken on the vacuum cleaner while I was
A football question for Scrum.21 Jun 2006 23:52 GMT10
Ok, Dh doesn't know the answer so I thought I'd ask you.  I know that if a
player gets a yellow card it follows him to the next match.  What I want to
know is, does it follow him until he gets another to equal a red card? Or
does it expire after a certain number of matches?  ...
Wish me luck!21 Jun 2006 15:14 GMT6
Just filled in an application form to become a parent governor at
Katherines school. The hard part was my election statement :-/ trying to
summarise why I wanted the position and my previous experience in just a
few lines.

being the most common culprit
Going on an adventure20 Jun 2006 22:52 GMT3
I've been bitten by the outdoor bug at the moment :)
On Sunday K and I did our first bike ride with her on her own bike and
me on mine. We went along the canal as I dont really trust her on the
roads yet. She did really well. Only one heart stopping moment when she

Getting nervous20 Jun 2006 09:54 GMT3
Despite knowing pretty much word for word what I'm going to be told, this
ADOS test on the 30th has me in a quiver.
It's like waiting on a (not happy) pregnancy test result... you want it to
be negative, but a tiny little part of you wants it to be positive.
Fairy land20 Jun 2006 00:48 GMT5
Katherine spends half her life in fairy land - no really, she does.
fairy land is a place where she is the princess and she can make others
into fairies. She is definitely in charge. Her friends all play along
and to be made into a fairy by K is apparently a great honour and they ...
Frustrated20 Jun 2006 00:46 GMT25
What do you do with people who don't want to believe a doctor's diagnosis? I
have friends who are just in complete denial about Alena's autism.
They won't believe anything I say and think that the therapy, routine books
,PECS etc are all overkill.

This morning's horror20 Jun 2006 00:41 GMT4
Open University again... I knew the annual update of the curriculum was
coming... I had been waiting for it for ages, as the latest version of
the curriculum dictates which courses I can choose from. I had expected
it to be there tomorrow morning, as most big changes on the ...
What a quick fright!20 Jun 2006 00:40 GMT4
Hello Peeps,
Yesterday Charles and I went to the local pool.  We came home and cuddle on
the couch and both fell asleep.  Around 4:00 I hear someone frantically
banging on my front door.....so hard my house was shaking.  I just up and a
almost six weeks and moving on....20 Jun 2006 00:39 GMT3
Well all, its been nearly 6 weeks since my surgery for rotator cuff repair.
Things are improving, albeit slowly.  The first two weeks I spent in the
sling [which has an attached positioning pillow between the forearm and my
waist as well as a belt that runs around the waist to hold ...
