After being a bit temperamental for a few days my broadband went down
Saturday. Spoke to a call centre somewhere in the world ;-) on Sunday.
Had the engineer come round today who replaced my modem and I'm up and
running again - yay!! 'Twas a scary couple of days - I actually had ...

Going camping this weekend with new tent. Just discovered on another ng
where we are going will have gale force winds and tides 3m above normal.
Still should be good for fossil hunting when it dies down :)

So, I'm trying to educate myself about laminators.  Anyone got some good
tips on them?  Anyone know if you can cut the laminated stuff with scissors
and/or hole punches once the object has been laminated and have the object
be just fine?

I am seriously thinking of tracking the person down who introduced this
puzzle and finding a new way of torture. I don't know what number I am on
but I know that I am trying to figure out eeleeveen, I have tried a number
of things to which have all failed, just tired another ...

oh dear. Midnight has caught her first mouse. And in true tradition,
like our other cats she has released it live in our dining room. Its
currently hiding under my desk. I've baited our humane trap with
chocolate spread (always works) and I'll release it into the woods later.

I would like to make a Hardanger curtain.  While I have never done Hardanger
before I have done just about every other type of needle work there is out
