on the school bus no less, and now i don't know what  to do with myself. i
am so proud of him and hope his day doesn't seem too long to him. DD will
miss him when she wakes up but it will be less stressful here for her. I
could never successfully split my time between a 5 year ...

I've been kinda feeling like I'm homeless.  I let go of AZ and I'm not
quite here yet (kwim?).  My house is just in an upheavel here, there is
so much to do to get it "right".  I've never moved so it feels as if
there are things I'm not quite up on.  I sent pictures to family ...

My SD was showing my mum how to work the shot gun (he works midnights and

K is off to a donutting party today. (where the kids go to an fake ski
slope and all slide down in big rings) It sounds good fun but a friend
who is doing the same in a couple of weeks confided that its going to

I attended a block party yesterday in honor of this Labor Day weekend.
Everyone brought a dish and Dan cooked out on the grill.
We have some token niggers that can somehow afford the mortgage in our

Today my husband became a U.S. Citizen!  It was a great little ceremony that
