She pointed out two problems
1) she doesnt show her maths workings and for the national test in the
summer she needs to. Problem is that K just knows the answer.

I'm doign NaNoWriMo this year, and between therapy sessions with Alena I've
been doing 15 minutes sprints to get the writing done.
The grammer probably sucks and I know I have a ton of editing to do later,
but it feels great to be this far into hte book!
Lots of things happening...07 Nov 2006 23:26 GMT2
Not much was happening here until mid-september, but then it started.
First we all had a bad flu. As I was recovering, I got stomach aches,
but I thought it was due to the flu. Then they got bad, REAL bad and I
was literally rolling around on the floor. It felt like gallstone ...

we got a call from our caseworker looking to place a newborn boy.  He
had been born 4:30 in the morning somewhere in the city and pretty much
dropped off at the hospital after that.   Thankfully he was okay after
the trauma of a homebirth and a 911 call.

doggie breeds question07 Nov 2006 03:53 GMT12
We are thinking of adopting a doggie for our family.  I've found a shelter
that deals strictly with border collies and have always wanted one.  Does
anyone here have any experience with BC's?  I'd greatly appreciate any info
you could provide!  thanks
Sucky days07 Nov 2006 02:36 GMT4
On Saturday night, asked DD10 to help make dessert. So her job was to make
the crumble while I prepared the apples. Took a while to get things
happening, so I started to hurry. Not thinking too clearly when the core got
stuck in the apple corer, stuck my thumb through. Normally I ...

I wonder what you might suggest to this parent.  She has a sheep farm
and her toddler is currently chasing her dogs and hitting them where
he used to be gentle.  She did just have a baby as well and he is
hitting and throwing things at baby and at grandma too.

Got word from one of our former members this morning that my favorite

Can the length of your fingers predict internet use? (research participants needed)06 Nov 2006 00:51 GMT11
This might seem like a strange question but there is evidence that
finger length is related to prenatal hormone levels and that this in
turn influences brain development and function. In this study we are
trying to find out if finger length is in anyway related to personality

won't be around much05 Nov 2006 10:15 GMT9
Next few weeks are beyond hectic, why does everything happen at once?
Santas Grotto is going well, got a good team going who are defintely
doing their share of work but it takes a *lot* of work to organise it
all even with lots and lots of delegating.
