The Gimme's are here!28 Feb 2007 09:53 GMT4
Well, it's finally happened.  As much as I thought it would pass by quietly
like a gentle summer breeze, it hasn't.  It has slammed into us like a herd
of buffalo. What is "it"  The Greedy Gimmie's.  I want this, I want that. On
and On and On.  When we go to the store, ...

Do boyfriends / husbands go to antenatal classes ?28 Feb 2007 05:16 GMT1
I am due to start my antenatal classes soon and my boyfriend doesn't
want to come with me. This doesnt really matter to me much as he is

A Porn Book For The Believers!!!28 Feb 2007 01:29 GMT3
Never in my life have I said that I was born again. All I ever said
was that I was into porn again. That happened only after I started
reading the Bible anew, looking for vivid descriptions of acts of
fornication, like, for example:
poor kids27 Feb 2007 23:48 GMT12
Over here the kids have to do government tests (SATS) at ages 6/7 and

or 7 year olds. They were doing mock Comprehension papers to prepare for
the SATS.

unfounded fears27 Feb 2007 21:40 GMT8
and probably not what anyone is even thinking.  My 6yo has always been a
'picky' eater ... (if you google - this has been a hot topic for me before)
and also somewhat of a control freak. So - the foods he likes are very
'typical' kid foods: pizza, chicken, grilled cheese, yogurt, ...
Gotta love saving money!!27 Feb 2007 20:19 GMT3
We took the van in to get new tires and have the brakes looked at.
I was expecting the tires to run just over $300 for 4, and who knows
for the brakes.  They were grinding and squealing.
Well, we only needed 2 tires and the brakes are still in very good
Unfounded fears II27 Feb 2007 16:52 GMT5
brought up by the events of the last week, but prompted by Teri's post, and
maybe not unfounded
interested in the replies. I've not spoken much about DS almost 9 because
I've often put it down to a phase. But he is 9 this weekend and we've
Bratchilds Bday party27 Feb 2007 16:28 GMT10
Well the party went off with only a few hitches.  For those of you who
were concerned about her having a party so soon after the flu, DH asked
specifically about that.  Doctor said that she would be fine after two
doses of Tamiflu as long as she had no vomiting or temp.  Due to ...
