My living room looks as though Toys R Us, Babies R Us, Kids R Us, and the
toy department at Wal-Mart merged and caused some type of nuclear blast.
Toys, clothes, craft supplies and all sorts of things that little kids need
to get through their day are piled high.

"mommy, your the best mommy in the world.  but when you give me a time out
your kind of a bad mommy till you let me up again.  so lets try not to give
me anymore time outs, ok?"

Did you ever attend a 90 min timeshare presentation to get tickets to
some exotic location? We're getting phone calls almost every week for
something like this. It seems too good to be true to get 2 tickets to
Bahamas just because we sat through a 90 min presentation.

I hope all the moms living in areas hit hard by this heat are managing
to keep cool!
We're supposed to hit almost 100F tomorrow, so I imagine we'll be
staying inside again!

I'm down another pound this week, so far I have been right on track w/ my
one pound a week weight loss.
I got my bike fixed!  It was something that I thought was going to cost $40
or $50 to fix so I have been putting it off for almost a year.  It cost $3.

April I went to the eye Dr.  She did a full exam and was concerned when
she saw some swelling in my optic nerves. I saw my reg dr. he said it
was probably nothing but said I should go to the specialist my eye dr

oh dear - one of those days.......
Monday morning - come down stairs - open the kitchen door and a large
pigeon takes off in fright. I usher it out of the back door then stop in
horror.

I was just barely following the competition among a number of US cities and
towns vying to be The Springfield for the release of the Simpson's movie.
Our local Springfield had not originally been included in the competition
but had made a movie for the contest about two maybe ...
