I'm trying to talk someone through setting up news groups on thunderbird as

I wish I'd known this when my family was young during
winter colds and coughs. I am going to try it myself.

I have a king size cotton sheet with a high thread count in very dark
gray color. Is there an easy way to decorate/paint it? I want my 4 and
3 year olds to help me so it has to be very easy. Ideally I'm thinking
of stamping in a fleur de lis or some such design using a gold paint.

I sleep with an oscilating fan on at night and at some point the fan
