This question comes from a nifty thing I finally found today that I hope will be perfect. I found magnetic strips that are calendar weeks and you write on them with a dry erase marker. I've put 2 weeks at a time on the fridge.

Just wondering what everyone thinks is fair to ask family to do??? At the moment, we've been out on our own 3 times since Evan was born (nearly 7 months now). Each time MIL has looked after him (twice he stayed over and once we picked him up late).

My baby is 10 1/2 months and has 9 front teeth (no back teeth). I was told I could give my baby a teething bisquit, crackers, frozen bagels or toasted wheat bread as safe finger foods. On all of them, he managed to bite off big pieces.
