I recently heard about this volunteer abroad program for teens (o I thought I would pass it along). Kids can go to Peru for a week in the summer and help out in orphanages, etc. There's a live chat with the kids volunteering now in Peru on June 22

Does anyone know of a way to childproof touch buttons (such as on a microwave or dishwasher)? DD is driving me crazy canceling the dishwasher mid-cycle. Other than this issue, I have no reason to prevent her from being in the kitchen.

Can't believe she did it !!!! MIL looks after Evan two afternoons a week and yesterday admitted that she'd had a lift back from a relatives house in his car (they'd both caught the bus over there - no problem with that).

Anyone seen the Kmart catty?? I went and bought the wireless kb and mouse (optical) combo yesterday and very impressed. Was only $40 but my auction finished at $96 so I desrved a treat lol! Now to make sure no one steals my mouse!!!
