Julie is going to be going to preschool MWF from 12:30 to 3:00 starting early September. Jaden currently naps from 2:00 to 4:00 or 4:30. How do others deal with a situation like this, to make sure Jaden gets enough sleep? Picking her up is right smack in the middle of his nap

Ds age 4 is down to only a diaper at night, and while previously a regular heavy wetter, is waking up wet but not nearly as wet. We have always used cotton diapers with him, only the occassional disposable, so he is not very fond of the feel of disposables.

I cant use! I have been using Voltaren Emulgel, especially at night and it helps a bit to get me off to sleep. It is another nono during pregnancy.
