Questions30 Jul 2004 20:59 GMT1
I won't say "In an IDEAL CS case," because then the answers I get will be
$0.  I know that, and I agree that's the ideal.  We're not talking about
ideals, we're talking about what should happen in non-ideal situations that

Learning to ride a bicycle30 Jul 2004 18:11 GMT19
Is there a set age for teaching a child how to ride a bike?
Rachel is 6 and is too big for her little bike with training wheels,
yet she absolutely refuses to learn how to ride her new bigger bike.
Am I expecting too much out of her?

Update Re: Day Care Worries30 Jul 2004 11:45 GMT3
This morning I tackled the director about the TV watching.  He moved really
fast, calling in the head child care worker (he isn't a child care person at
all -- just an administrator, I think).
I thought they might have a protocol for watching TV when the weather was bad.

workable routines30 Jul 2004 02:07 GMT20
We eat dinner at 6 and bedtime is at 7:30 for our 4 and 5 year old.  The
5 year old will start school in September.  Any ideas or experience with
evening routines that allow time for cleaning up toys that doesn't end
in a round of whines and frustration?
