Child Support collection through Civil Court, not Family Court28 Jul 2004 18:37 GMT10
Has anyone been successful in getting a civil court order for payment of
child support monies owed and/or owing?  My child's father has missed a
year of payments now and shows no interest in even communicating on the
topic.  We have no court-ordered agreement, only a civil agreement ...
Is the male genitalia inherintly evil?28 Jul 2004 18:03 GMT46
Do you believe that your member makes you sin? It has caused numerous bar
brawls, broken hearts, and ridicule. It influences most of men's decisions.
Most men think with them. What is your opinion?

been trying to have this amount reduced to my current income since I lost my
job nearly two years ago.  Every petition I filed has been dismissed by the
At what age should a child start going to dentist28 Jul 2004 14:20 GMT11
I have been reading some conflicting information as to what is the
appropriate age that a child should start seeing a dentist. Some say as soon
as the first tooth appears while some say around age 2-3.
DS will be 2 in a couple of weeks and I think a proper cleaning from the

Will it never end?28 Jul 2004 12:46 GMT12
Well, in the continuing saga of illness and injury - P fell face down last
night and now has a bruised and bloody lip to go with everything else. Last
night I don't think she got much deep sleep - her nose is now totally
stuffed up and we have yet to see the end of her high temps. ...

Appropriate age for Gym28 Jul 2004 11:37 GMT3
Please pardon me if this question has already been answered. My son is
15 months old. I would like to know when is the appropriate age
(medically recommended) for putting him in a gym that would develop
his muscles, height etc. Any link or info would be very much helpful
Quick rant28 Jul 2004 11:34 GMT10
What kind of absolute loser breaks into cars that are parked in the
carpark of a children's hospital?  He must have known he couldn't
steal the car but we still have to get the lock fixed for the second
time since we bought the bastard thing.
Past Due Support28 Jul 2004 09:05 GMT184
I am new to the board and desperately seeking help.  I chased around my ex
for 6 years and finally got a court order against him through the county
but they would not go back to the time I actually filed for support, only
from the time they found him - how do I go about suing him ...

Poor sweet P28 Jul 2004 02:03 GMT9
She's been so sick today. Her temp has been up around 40/41 on and off and
she has rallied quite well occasionally. However this evening she started
this awful uncontrollable shivering when she was in the bath so I wisked her
out ASAP. It lasted for nearly an hour afterwards and ...
Indoor toddler climbing eqpmnt recs pls28 Jul 2004 00:32 GMT21
My ten month old is a climber.  Looking ahead, I think it's going to be
a loooong winter cooped up with a 14-20 month old unless I get some
stuff to keep him very physically active indoors.  I'd like to put it on
his birthday wish list so I'm looking now.  Any recommendations for ...
nap thing27 Jul 2004 19:08 GMT8
DS (3 1/2) has recently starting fighting naps. And winning. It used to be
that if you left him be, he would go to sleep. With my in-laws, who watch
him once per week, they cannot just leave him be. MIL has to keep going in
and laying down with him to try to convince him to settle ...
