Mentally ill mom pleads innocent to murder of 3 sons

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — The woman seen dropping her young sons into San
Francisco Bay pleaded innocent Friday to three counts of murder.

My 12 year old is getting poor grades in school because she doesn't turn in
her homework (class work and tests are fine).  The homework organization has
been an issue since forever, and we've tried everything.  Any suggestions?

My three-year-old son's doctor recommends that he see a specialist to
figure out just what's going on -- he's a textbook "spirited" child,
with ADHD-style behavior. Something came up before I had a chance to ask
more about the difference between the two kinds of doctors.

It crept up on us.. probably began when DD first saw a skateboarder on
one of those wide walkways in town.. then some nitwit wizzing around the
park on one of those mini-motorbike-thingies.. finally a neighbour's car
parked on the pavement for an afternoon of Chips-Away[tm].

The person that decided that ceramic floor are the new "in" thing in
new houses obviously didn't have young children.  My 8 month old DD
just started crawling this week.  We have a lot of ceramic floors on
the main floor.  She's still unstable when she goes from the crawling

Why not make it the standard for the moth-- er, Custodial Parent -- to
be awarded *100%* of the NCP's earnings, then at give back a percentage
of the earnings at her (um, I mean HIS OR HER) discretion?
